The OPTIFAST® program is designed to help you learn to take control, set realistic goals, learn new habits, make healthy lifestyle changes, and lose weight to improve your health status.
This is the 4th free session on Weight Management.
The goals of this session are:
- Assess your weight management skills
- Develop and overview the area of skills and knowledge that promote weight loss and long term control
- Understand your strengths and weaknesses
- Prioritize your needs of skills and knowledge for weight management effectiveness
- Think about weight management during the active phase of losing weight
